On Veteran's Day, November 11, 2000 I received an email that prompted me to open this new section to the Etajima web site.

Joe Podraza, a member of the 41st division, sent me a message indicating he was trying to locate members who served with him. Below is his message and contact information. If you have a similar request, please feel free to pass it on to me and I will post it here in our Veterans section.

As with our original quest, I have no idea whether the web will lead to the connections that are sought, but it would be  unthinkale for me not to try.

I was with the 41st div. stationed on EtaJima after WW2. I was In Service Btry 218th FA Bn the motor pool. Bunked up on the 4th floor in what was a chemistry lab.I'm trying to locate any one who was there and who had some pictures of the place.
